15 minutes Drive from Anroach Farm

Goyt Valley is a few miles from Buxton and  and is one of our favourite places to visit to walk, photograph, cycle and run or just to take a picnic and relax.

There are two reservoirs, Fernilee and Errwood, old ruins, a packhorse bridge a Spanish shrine and much more to explore...

‍Directions from Anroach Farm

‍Drive into Buxton carry on towards the city centre and when you reach the junction to turn right into town (with the Dome Opposite you) turn left.

Carry on up this windy road you will see the sign to the Roaches as you reach the top of hill, follow the sign to the left and drive down into the valley. there is parking before you pass the reservoir and after.

My favourite is to drive on the road through the two reservoirs turn left and carry on until you see parking on your right... before the one way signs.
